RvegoCar rentals are intended for use within Morocco only. If you're planning to cross an international border, contact us in advance to check whether an exception can be arranged.

Contact RvegoCar immediately using the phone or WhatsApp number on your rental agreement, and don't move the vehicle if it's safe to remain in place. If needed, contact local police to file an official report, which is usually required for any insurance claim.

We accept major credit and debit cards, and cash payment in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) at some locations. A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required to cover the security deposit, even if you plan to pay in cash.

An IDP isn't always legally required for short tourist stays if your licence is already in Latin characters, but we recommend carrying one alongside your national licence, especially if your licence uses a non-Latin script. It removes any ambiguity at police checkpoints and rental counters.

You'll need a valid driving licence held for at least one year, a passport or national ID, and a credit card in the main driver's name for the deposit. Bring the physical documents to the counter — digital copies alone aren't accepted.

The deposit depends on your insurance tier: 25,000 MAD for Basic, 12,500 MAD for Premium, and 6,250 MAD for Platinum. The deposit is held on your credit card and released after the vehicle is returned undamaged.

Vehicles are provided with a full tank and should be returned with a full tank. If the car isn't returned full, a refuelling charge plus the missing fuel cost will apply.

Yes, cancellations made at least 48 hours before your pickup time are free of charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
