The following terms and conditions apply to every car rental booked with RvegoCar in Morocco, whether reserved online at rvegocar.com or through a partner travel platform.
In these conditions, "RvegoCar", "we", or "us" refers to RvegoCar. "Renter" or "you" refers to the person named as the main driver on the rental agreement. "Vehicle" refers to the car, and any equipment or accessories provided with it, described on the rental agreement.
These conditions apply alongside the specific terms shown on your booking confirmation, which take precedence in the event of any conflict.
To rent a vehicle from RvegoCar, the main driver must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driving licence held for a minimum of one year. A young-driver surcharge may apply to drivers under 25, depending on the vehicle category.
The main driver must present a valid passport or national identity card, and a driving licence in Latin characters or accompanied by an International Driving Permit. All documents must be valid for the full duration of the rental.
The vehicle is inspected jointly by RvegoCar staff and the renter at pickup, and any pre-existing damage is noted on the rental agreement before the renter signs. The renter should point out any damage not already recorded before leaving the pickup location.
At return, the vehicle is inspected again; new damage not present at pickup is the renter's responsibility, subject to the terms of the insurance tier selected.
The vehicle may only be driven by the main driver and any additional drivers declared and added on the rental agreement. Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited; a cleaning fee applies if this condition is not respected.
The vehicle must not be driven off-road or on unpaved tracks not suitable for the vehicle type, used to tow or push another vehicle, or sublet or re-rented to a third party under any circumstances.
All rental rates are quoted in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and include the base rental fee, the insurance tier selected, and any add-ons chosen at booking. Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or in cash in MAD at some pickup locations.
A valid credit card in the main driver's name is required at pickup to cover the security deposit, regardless of the payment method used for the rental itself.
The security deposit held on the main driver's credit card depends on the insurance tier selected at booking:

The rental period is fixed at booking and stated on the rental agreement. Returning the vehicle later than the agreed time results in an additional charge, calculated per additional day at the vehicle's daily rate.
Renters who anticipate needing more time should contact RvegoCar before the agreed return time to request an extension, subject to vehicle availability.
Bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are cancelled free of charge, with a full refund of any amount paid in advance.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total booking value.
Every rental includes third-party liability cover (TP) by default. Renters choose between three insurance tiers at booking: Basic (TP only), Premium (adds Super CDW and FDW cover), and Platinum (RvegoCar's most complete cover).
24/7 roadside assistance is available for mechanical breakdowns not caused by driver negligence. Contact the number on your rental agreement in the event of a breakdown or accident.
If your flight or travel plans are delayed, contact RvegoCar as soon as possible using the details on your booking confirmation so pickup arrangements can be adjusted.
Vehicles are generally held for a reasonable grace period after the scheduled pickup time; bookings not collected and not communicated as delayed may be released after this period.
